Yoox Net-a-Porter has raided Burberry’s senior ranks to hire Alessia Kosagowsky to become its chief data and analytics officer. She will start in the newly-created role in the February, and will be responsbile for leading and growing Yoox Net-a-Porter’s data and business team to help execute the company’s data-driven and customer-centric strategy. She will also work in closely with chief information officer Alex Alexander and the technology team, and will will report to co-chief operating officer Irene Boni.
