Bargain Booze owner Conviviality has announced a raft of leadership changes effective from today as it completes the integration of the recently-acquired Bibendum. The group’s managing director Mark Aylwin is set to step down on January 31, after “fulfilling his objective” of assimilating Bibendum and Matthew Clark into Conviviality. “We are very grateful for Mark Aylwin’s contribution to the business over the past two years, delivering strong growth during a period of major change,” chief executive Diane Hunter said.
