The embattled menswear group Berwin & Berwin (B&B) has been rescued from administration by Edinburgh Woollen Mill Group (EWM) saving 800 jobs. According to Drapers , B&B, which owns brands including Lambretta, Paul Costelloe and Baumler, appointed FRP Advisory partners last week as administrators. The deal will see all existing stock, 36 concessions and the rights to all of B&B’s brands handed over to Formal Tailoring 1885 Limited, which is owned by EWM.
