Harrods to undergo biggest revamp in its history

Iconic department store Harrods is poised to undergo a £200 million revamp, making it the biggest such revamp in its 183-year history. Speaking to the  South China Morning Post,  managing director Michael Ward said the scheme is part of the retailer’s three-year plan that will also involve investment. He added that the revamp will see the shop floor “entirely redeveloped”, improved signage will be implemented as well as more labelling on food

Adidas sales soar in key markets

Sportswear giant Adidas has seen group revenues across all but one of its markets grow over the last quarter. Overall revenues grew by 12 per cent to thanks to strong performance in running, outdoor, originals and neo categories. Online also performed strongly seeing revenue growth of 39 per cent.
